Lincoln Elite Gymnastics offers a Rising Elites Gymnastic Program that is designed for girls and boys ages five to seven years old.

The gymnastics instruction features lessons on all of the gymnastics apparatus (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor), plus strength and flexibility training. Gymnasts will complete skill progressions while using stations and accessories such as incline-mats, folding-mats, and barrels to assist students as they learn more difficult gymnastics skills. Each child will progress at their own pace so we have devised a system for challenging the strengths and improving the weaknesses that each student may have.
