Lincoln Elite Gymnastics offers a Competitive Team Program that allows gymnasts to step from our recreational program into a more competitive environment.

Elite Pre-Team Select, Pre-Team, and Team Levels are designed for the serious gymnast who have the desire to be a competitive gymnast some day.

In these programs, the gymnasts will receive a more structured and detailed practice to learn the gymnastics skill requirements for each level of competitive gymnastics.
