Mini Elite Gymnastic Program

Lincoln Elite Gymnastics offers a Mini Elite Gymnastic Program that is designed for girls and boys ages three to four years old.


In this 55 minute class, gymnasts will learn to progress through basic gymnastic activities and stations. They will learn the beginning basics of gymnastics on all four competitive events; vault, bars, beam and floor.

  • Vault - running, jumping on the springboard, proper landings, etc.
  • Bars - hanging, swinging, having in different positions, pullovers, holding front support, etc.
  • Beam - walking forward, backwards, sideways, jumping, crawling, turning, kicking, etc.
  • Floor - rolling forward, rolling backwards, headstands, handstands, bridges, etc.
